As Creative Director of the Space Development Steering Committee, I worked closely with a think tank comprising Apollo astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Edgar Mitchell, author Howard Bloom, administrators of NASA and the National Space Society and a wide cast of others. My work was committed to developing orbital solar power—satellites which will gather solar energy 24/7 at five times the output of Earth solar, and beam the energy back to us using the same technology as commercial satellites. This is a technology which can not only green the planet, from the first world to the third, but which can also catalyze a new era of human space exploration.

I created the images below to help communicate the potential of this technology. They have been used widely in the space community and in the public. The first two are for Space Solar; the second two for Space Colonization.
