The Marriott company has a well-known, long standing policy of dedication to customer service that they call their Spirit to Serve. Now Marriott is going green, and has called for a massive internal communications program to bring their employees up to speed. I created the new internal messaging Spirit to Serve, Planet to Protect for them. Shown below are many rounds of branding and tagline work. My role: Concepting, taglines.
